Fresh from the Kitchen began as a desire to help busy families enjoy a healthy, homemade meal. The business started as a Personal Chef service where I consulted with my clients to create delicious meals that can be enjoyed through a busy week. As the demand for our services grew, we initiated a Dinner Delivery service where we could provide fresh and healthy meals to many more individuals and families in the area. Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and we enjoy receiving feedback about our meals and service. We are fully insured and certified, ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification Examination, National Restaurant Association, (September 21, 2014). We create and cook our dishes at The Kitchen Archive in Raleigh, NC, a shared commissary kitchen that is regulated and inspected by the NC Health Department.
I spent most of my life in the suburbs of Washington, DC before moving to the Raleigh area 11 years ago. Since moving to the Raleigh area, I have focused on diversifying my culinary talents. Through the years, I have transformed my cooking techniques away from processed foods into fresh, farm to table, healthy meal options. I love to cook and enjoy making life easier for my clients. As a working Mom of four children, I understand the challenges of providing healthy meal options for my own family (especially the picky eaters!) The goal of our Dinner Delivery service is to create and deliver menus that the whole family can enjoy with multiple options for a variety of tastes. Our Staff enjoys our love of cooking and works hard to prepare delicious meals so you don't have to!
