We will be offering a different salad variety each week. Grilled Chicken with Kale, Pepitas, Butternut Squash, Cranberries and Feta served with a Vinaigrette; Flank Steak, Mixed Greens, Cherry Tomatoes and Blue cheese served with a Vinaigrette; Southwestern Quinoa Salad with Grilled Chicken, Black Beans, Red Peppers, Corn and a Lime Vinaigrette; Greek Shrimp Orzo Salad with Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Kalamata Olives, Feta Cheese and a Greek Vinaigrette.
