Thursday, November 1st: Spanish Paella with Shrimp or Chicken

Shrimp or Chicken Paella with Brown, White or Cauliflower Rice, Chorizo, Peas and Diced Tomatoes served with Creamy Corn and Spinach. 

Ingredients:  Shrimp or boneless and skinless chicken thighs seasoned with paprika and tumeric, sauteed with white, brown or cauliflower rice, peas, diced tomatoes, salt and pepper; Corn tossed with baby spinach, cream and salt/pepper.
