Lemon Pepper Chicken or Salmon over Pasta or Spaghetti Squash with Alfredo Sauce with a Tomato, Cucumber, Basil and Feta Salad (not pictured).

Ingredients:  Chicken Breast or Salmon seasoned with Lemon Pepper Seasoning, roasted and served over a lightened-up Alfredo Sauce with garlic, flour, stock, lemon zest, parmesan cheese, milk, stock tossed with spaghetti squash or fettuccine; Salad with cucumbers, basil, feta cheese, tomatoes, salt, pepper and red wine vinaigrette.
